Poured a 500-ml bottle into a pub ale glass.
Appearance - beautiful light copper, bright and inviting. Very little head and virtually no lace save a thin edge ring. Surface bubbles definitely look complex and well-situated.
Smell - the freshness, the fruity zip and a very light malt presence tickle the nose. Definitely picking up some light spices, quite mild, but interesting.
Taste - starts out with a light sweet malty flavour that very quickly gives way to a steady hop bitterness that goes on and on and on. I wouldn't agree with the bottle's description of "delicate character". This is a no-nonsense line drive ale with a strong hop presence. Must be the organic hops or hops in quantity.
Mouthfeel - this is remisiscent of certain IPAs. Good hop concentration to keep it interesting.
Drinkability - wouldn't have more than 2 of these because of the same reason for limiting IPAs - I don't want to only associate beer with hops. It does get a little unidirectional when the malt isn't as present in the mix.

Phenomenal English Ale that is light and hoppy in flavor and unbelievably refreshing.
Has a bright color and a slight head to it, with very light lacing around the glass. Indicative of the lighter and flavors of the beer.
Smell is strong of hops and grain, light in alcohol.
Excellent taste - hopped, with notes of grain and biscuit, very little bitterness as the oatmeal flavors tend to round out anything really strong. Has the perfect carbonation to allow all the flavor to come through, without sticking around too long.
Feel is excellent as the beer has a perfect texture, and a well rounded viscosity. Very thin like a lager, with more foam and carbonation to match the slightly more bitter flavors.
Would highly recommend as a beer for drinking on a hot summer afternoon, or a cold evening with whiskey.
