Bottle: Poured a clear medium amber color ale with a rather large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of cereal with light residual sugar and light dry caramel malt. Taste is a mix between some dry caramel malt with some cereal notes coming through and some light residual sugar. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Not major brewing flaws but not much character. Additional spicing profile or yeast ester would have provided greater enjoyment.

Been on the shelves since last summer but surprised that no one's reviewed on of their beers yet.
Poured from a 660ml. bottle, bottled June 30, 2012.
Appearance: A murkish brown amber body with a good sizable head.
Smell: Reserved fruits and mild spices.
Taste: Strong apples with apricot. Yeast doesn't really leave a trace.
Mouthfeel: Decent enough with average carbonation.
Overall: A very average first offering. I wouldn't have pegged this as a Belgian ale if not for the label.
