Poured from a 750 into an etched Duvel tulip.
Moderately cloudy, deep gold color. Pours with a puffy 2" head that eventually settles to a thin ring. Little lacing.
Aromas of sourdough starter, lemon, apricot. A little herbalness/earth. Shows some yeasty funk as it warms a bit.
Fruity tastes of tangerine and apricot, light earthiness. More of that sourdough starter quality, with a tangy sourness. Fairly dry. A little bit of aged cheese. Short, bright, funky finish.
Light-medium bodied, a little viscous. A little low in carbonation for a saison. Ends lighter/drier than it starts.
Tasty saison, nice fruity yeast character. Not too traditional but I like it.

4 oz pour: Cloudy light yellow in color, nice head & retention, minimal smell. The taste is very tart and sour. Great salty tart bite that reminds me of Gose styles. Lots of bubbly carbonation down the throat. This beer is a top notch Gose in disguise. If you don’t care for salty sours than stay far away but if you like, then this is a must try! 4.75

Murky pale yellow gold, slight head.
Aroma of ripe Meyer lemon juice.
Lemon, a bit of honey, some earthiness, first bottle was drier than the second.
Slight refreshing carbonation.
Wish the ABV was just a touch lower because I could drink a lot of this during the spring.
