A beautifully light and delicate construction in the body, which really allows the oak and plouts to come forward and not be weighed down by yeasts. Has a lemongrass finish after the waves of tartness and sour. Finely crafted, perfect for springtime outside

Bottle.

A: Ample plouts, light funk, with a lingering sourness through the finish.

A: Light orange color with purple hue, hazy with an ample white head with decent retention.

T: Lots of plout flavor, almost a spree-like character, very crisp, followed a clean lingering sourness.

M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. The beer has a light, but pleasing acidity.

O: Delicious; the beer has an almost spree-like character. Moreover, the plouts really compliment the beer’s clean lingering sourness. Very refreshing and easy to drink, especially on a hot day!
