Dark amber body with a thin light tan collar. Smell is much better, classic wheat, roasted and biscuit malt, banana, and a hint of chocolate. Taste is more focused on the wheat and malt, very clean, but not as expressive as the smell. Feel is a little light, but the malt and wheat textures make up for it. Pretty good, would have again

My first from Prost and had on tap as one of the guest brews in a flight of three at the Wynkoop brewpub.
Looks like a Dunkel. Smells mostly malty. Tastes that way too, balanced by 25 IBU. With low bubbles and soft in the mouth, this was what I like in dunkelweizen. It was a warm day, so I might not drink a full glass; but I'd drink this again if I every return to Denver... which I hope I do.

Look: Deep reddish brown. 2 finger head. Fairly hazy. Light does come through. Head recedes to 1/4" "puffy" foam, but never goes away totally.
Smell: Very little aroma. Barely pick up hints of caramel and German yeast.
Taste: Slight bitterness and faint hops. Tastes a bit metallic. Malty and biscuit-like, but just more caramel. Not as strong or rich as others I've had. Expecting rich caramel and more German yeast.
Feel: A bit thinner than hoped a bit more carbonation would have been great.
Overall: Not very impressed. Ok Dunkel, but have had many better. Seemed somewhat flat and watered down. Probably would not purchase this one again. Ok as a single.
