2015 bottle served in a little Cantillon glass.

Pours mostly clear light golden with almost no head and not much carbonation. Smell is tart and juicy.

Taste is quite tart -- moderately lemony, general fruitiness. Having trouble describing it well, but it's quite tasty.

Mouthfeel is dry. Overall, tasty beer.

500 ml bottle. 2014 Vintage, Nov. 2015 Release. Batch No. 1406.

Cork is bent slightly askew, authentically handcrafted! Pours a hazy light golden rosy orange color. Head is very fine and dissipates quickly. Lovely invitingly rich nose with light malt and a definite fruitiness. Stone fruits, plum and pluot. Rich on the entry with a nice balance of sweet and tart. And then whoa!! Buckle up, the acid just explodes in the mid palate and kicks into another gear finishing with a beautiful sensation of mouthwatering juicy fruit. The finish is clean, bright and juicy and really tastes like biting into a fresh juicy sour pluot. One of the most remarkable sours I've ever had. This stuff is flat out delicious.
