I've been to the Druther's Brew Pub in Saratoga Springs several times, and this is one of my favorites!
A beautiful hazy orange on the pour with a frothy white head, followed by lots of thick lace. Aroma is both piney and dank and citrus sweet. Taste follows nose - piney hops, herbs and citrus with a slightly bitter, but crisp finish. This is a sipper and very fine brew.

I've had this a plethora of times. Mainly get to have it on draft at their restaurant in Saratoga Springs. I decided today that I'd pick it up at my beverage center in a stovepipe (19.2oz) can and give it a rightful review.
L: Pours a hazy orange with 2 fingers of fluffy white head. Excellent retention. Slowly fades into a nice white cap and leaves a fair bit of lacing.
S: Citrus fruits, herbs, slightly sweet malt and mild pine on the nose. This smells like a straightforward IPA with some nice subtle nuance.
T: The flavors follow the nose, but the slightly sweet malt is more pronounced and there's a hint of wood. The citrus, herbs and pine are all from the hops and the flavors all dance together nicely. Well balanced IPA. No flavor outshines the other and it's a fairly unique flavor profile for the style.
F: Smooth with medium-low carbonation. Very easy drinking.
O: This is a great IPA that has enough differences to make it worth seeking out. All of Druther's beers are truly excellent. If you are ever in the vicinity of their restaurants in upstate NY, I highly recommend stopping in for a bite with one of their beers. Thier food is incredible, their service is on point, the atmosphere is cool, and their beers are great. Cheers!

4/30/21....reddish copper with some patchy spongelike white foam. Touch of lacing. Fruity nose, sweet. Aromatic and malty. Almost woodsy malt taste with a bit of a burnt toffee bitter. Like a hopped up vienna. Quite tasty.

From an undated 16oz can into a non-descript glass from the house we are renting on vacation.
Pours a slightly murky amber color with about three fingers of white head. Great retention, above average lacing.
Not a lot to report on the nose. Some mild herbal and maybe a hint of grassiness. Very faint sweet smell in the background.
Taste follows-not a whole lot going on here. Light herbal grassiness with some piney bitterness.
Drinks very easily. While a lot of bubbles were rising on the pour, carbonation is low. Decent bitter aftertaste.
Not a bad local brew. Drinkability and mild tastes make this enjoyable.
