* Summer 2022 New York Trip *
After checking in our hotel that was located next door, we walked around downtown Saratoga Springs taking in the sites and sounds. We decided to check out Druthers Brewing for an early dinner, the outcome was better than I was expecting.
There's a wonderful secluded outdoor courtyard with plenty of seating right behind the maitre'd station. We sat in the courtyard on this late June evening and the weather was about as comfortable as one could hope. Rays of sunlight pierced through the pergola located high above while a nice breeze brushed through. Copious plants and colorful vegetation decorated the area as people dined and imbibed at their tables.
Expect about 18 or so beer options from the extensive beer listing. I ordered the 'Banana Plum Tart' draft, a kooky combination of a sour ale with a Hefeweizen yeast that was very enjoyable.
Service was solid and efficient- attentive, almost robotic. No issues. Prices were reasonable for the area, the food offerings were standard pub that does the trick. Everything we had was tasty.
A viable place to go either with friends or the family when in downtown Saratoga Springs on Broadway

Very big and spacious place with outdoor and indoor seating as well as a big bar. Bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable. Their food was awesome! Big juicy burger and amazing French fries. They had 13 beers on tap one being sold out. Lots of variety of beer styles including ipa, NE ipa, sour, Vienna lager, lager, black lager, nut brown, dipa, and a basil and black currant beer. Overall beer was very good definitely made better beer than frog alley and wolf hollow (which was the other two breweries hit during my vacation). Their lager, sour, and NE ipa stood out the most in my flight. Super cool ambiance too very modern and slick. Worth another visit!

This is a great place to visit for good beer while you're in Saratoga! Not far from the track or casino, and right down town in the middle of shopping, Druthers makes a great "pit stop" during your visit (or a great place to hang out while everyone else shops)
Food is above average, with great apps, reasonably priced (and tasty) pub fare.
Beer offerings are pretty decent, though the last couple of times i've been there, they only had the "standard" offerings - nothing special or one-off - though friends have told me they do offer good specials normally.

The beer is nothing special but the service and food were better than most brew pubs. We especially enjoyed the mac and cheese and lasagna and the pizza has a very nice crust.

Standard brew pub fair, mostly of the pre-packaged from Cisco type food products. Burger seemed like it was a frozen pre-formed patty.
Looks like the inside of any generic brew pub.
Service was fine, young waitress. Didn't have much beer knowledge but she didn't make any mistakes and was friendly and somewhat attentive.
Had a good amount of variety of their brews. All were ok, nothing great, but nothing horrible.

Great spot to hang out in the middle of downtown Saratoga springs, with a big spacious set of two bars, and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating is surrounded by plants, and semi-year round State of the art heating system. Good food and the beer is continuing to get better and better and a good selection.

Big, expansive seating area w/ decent parking options for area that seems like it could be a real laid back or a real party vibe. Food is moderately priced which is good since it's of moderate (read: pretty good but not great) quality. Beer is same way as I had two beers that were pretty good but nothing outstanding - at least there are several options on the tap list so you should fine one that pleases you.

Love Druther's! Both locations, Albany and Saratoga are great. The beer selection and the taste of the beer is very good! If I were to create a brew pub, it would be Druther's!

We live a few miles away and have been to Druthers over 100 times. We've eaten just about everything on their menu. I can honestly say, I've never even had an average meal. Best burgers, best mac and cheese, and the loaded grilled cheese is incredible! The beers are always really good too and they are pushing themselves to get better. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Beer choices were nicely diverse from a gose to hoppy brown to bock plus the normal options. Quality was solid but not stellar. The bar, vast patio and seating areas are all nicely done, great vibe. The food- huge letdown. Started great with really good wings but after that went downhill. Beer cheese is great, but absolutely not on buffalo chicken pizza and that want their only mishap. Hopefully the kitchen can improve.

Druthers has a lot to choose from. I like their All In IPA and a few of their flavored seasonals. The food is very filling and tasty, especially the pretzels with beer cheese and any of the various mac and cheese combinations they have. Also, I'm a big fan of their duck confit sandwich. There's plenty of room, if you want to sit down, and enough space at the bar.

Beautiful patio and restaurant. A little limited menu, but food is very good. Beer list had 10 choices. Unique, good vibes, with bit of character- one of my new favorite places!

The wings were a bit undercooked and our server was clearly annoyed that we were just sampling a few beers and not ordering a full dinner meal. Overall the beers were pretty average.
