Another slightly mysterious brew which says Main Street Brewery on the front of the label and "Brewed and bottled by Ritual Brewing Co." There used to be a Main Street Brewery in Corona, Calif. but what the connection is I don't know.
Anyway, this is a woody, dankish, sweet and murky concoction. Canned peaches in the aroma and a fruity but dishwatery taste. I have had so many excellent beers from Ritual that why whey would brew this is yet another mystery. Looks nice enough, with bubbles streaming through the dark hazy amber beer. Lingering bitterness while the sugar refuses to go away. I think I'm ready for a martini, or maybe a glass of milk after this.
