This is really a very high quality nano brewery. Each beer is unique with very different flavor profiles; not afraid to use different yeasts. Top notch stuff and, if wanted, could become a force.

Chino Valley Brewery is located in an industrial park near the Ontario Airport.

Once you walk in, the taproom is towards the back. They have a counter with a board with current beers on tap above. I purchased a flight of four beers. They were good beers. The prices were what you would expect for a flight. I didn't find any food options, so my guess would be that they would be fine for you to bring outside food.

They had tables and chairs along with some barrels and high chairs. Since it wasn't crowded today, only the front area was being used by the patrons. There were more mingling area in the back.

Nice local brewery. The guy that served me, who may have been the owner, was very friendly and inviting. I will return when in the area.

This is a very small nano-brewery located in an industrial/commercial strip. Showed up with a group and the owner was very nice to us and even gave us souvenir pint glasses with the purchase of beer flights. The flight included 4 beers on tap that day, Butterfield Blonde Ale, a stout with a name I cannot remember, Route 83 Strong Ale, and the Foggy morning Sweet Stout. Butterfield Blonde was clean and drinkable, a very easy session beer. The stout was pedestrian and only served as beer #2 on the flight, like filler on an album. Route 83 strong ale was tasty but did not stand out as particularly impressive. Foggy Morning had a smoky, salty flavor which tasted very much like someone had poured low sodium soy sauced into my beer. This was also noticed by both of the companions that were brewery hopping with me that day. They could not even finish the sample tasting of the drink. I am not sure how this happened or how the brewer continued to serve this beer without knowing how peculiar it tasted. The biggest problem I found with the selection of beers here was that none of the flavors were very bold, nuanced, or different. I understand that this is a brand new brewery, and I do feel bad about giving a bad review, but there are so many breweries popping up now, that quality control and premium flavor are things that can not be allowed to suffer. I don't think I will be returning here unless I hear that their quality improves.

I recently stopped in at Chino Valley since I was in the area on business. It's a fairly small spot with the brewing equipment and tasting area next to each other. They had 6 of their beers on tap at the time. The quality of the beer was pretty good with the beer served in proper glassware, but the temperature was a bit warm for my liking. They offer tasters, full pours, and growlers for their beer. Prices were reasonable with tasters around $2 each. Service was pretty good, but they were showing the NBA Finals and the bartender was paying a lot of attention to the game. Overall, this is a pretty cool spot but the beers they are putting out range from quite poor to above average at best.
