Appearance: Creamy tanned leather head which quickly dissipates, reddish brown and murky
Aroma:meat, fruity funk, blue cheese, smoked oak
Taste: Follows the nose, acidic, cherry sour, smokey on the back end, tart and dry finish, not terribly complex
Mouthfeel : medium bodied, slick
Overall: A good session sour ale,
Suggested pairings: Jack's pizza and a meat stick

Smells earthy and tart. Mildly sour, maybe a berry tartness. The sour lingers a bit but it's a good linger. A very drinkable beer. Would enjoy more! A sessionable sour ale. Shared with my son who loves sours. Worth a try if you happen to be in the area.
