On-tap at Terrapin, Rhinebeck, NY
A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that died down but never completely faded away, leaving a collar around the edge of the glass and some lacing down the sides.
S: Moderate aromas of citrusy hops are present in the nose—orange and grapefruit stand out in particular.
T: The taste has juicy flavors of orange citrus hops and a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is nice and "juicy" but isn't overly bitter.
Serving type: on-tap

32oz growler from the brewery. Pours a murky burnt orange with 2 inches of frothy head. Lots of lacing. The aroma is a blend of citrus and pine. Grapefruit, lime, orange, peach and lemon peel. The taste is a good deal of grapefruit at first followed by lemon peel and some piney hops. Malts at the finish along with more grapefruit. Pretty bitter Pale Ale. Lots of carbonation with an oily mouthfeel. Worth seeking out.

Poured on tap at the brewery.
Pours a hazy amber color with a half-finger of khaki head. The head was gone very quickly, leaving very little in the way of lacing.
The aroma was surprisingly dank and pungent. Loads of grapefruit, pine, and orange zest. Has a faint malt character on the back end.
The taste follows the nose. Pine, grapefruit, and some peppery spice, followed by a bready malt finish.
The feel is medium bodied with lower carbonation. Crisp, and highly drinkable.
Overall, a very good pale ale that drinks more like an IPA. There's nothing that truly stands out about it, but it's a well done hoppy beer.

Just picked up a growler from the brewery. By far my favorite ale. Great hop flavor and a crisp finish.
Not sure if its the brewery flagship but it is always on tap.
Note: If your in the area visit the tap room. Always different handcrafted beers in the rotation.

On tap at O'Slattery's Pub in Delmar, NY.
This pours a golden yellow color, with a small head and lots of sticky lacing.
Smells pretty floral, with some light grapefruit, and pine.
This is exceedingly floral, with a soft and pleasant bitterness, and just a small hint of fruity sweetness. It's pretty simple but very tasty.
This is pretty light bodied, with a crisp finish.
Simple and super drinkable. Can't ask for much more.
