Color was not what I'd expect from an IPA - more of a brownish and very opaque in the glass. Good head retention and lacing. Both smell and taste were very malt dominated with almost no hop presence - contrary to the statement on the can I sensed no "strong hop flavor". I actually tasted just a bit of heat in the finish which surprised me for the moderate ABV. Smooth mouthfeel with decent enough carbonation. Overall I just didn't feel I was drinking an IPA. A decent enough beer that I certainly wouldn't turn down but I don't think I would seek it out either.

First time trying this brewery. The can had good artwork and I love IPA's.

The smell had a very strong sent of orange. Towards the backend you could smell the resin. Very low hop smell.

It poured with a dark orange color. Slightly cloudy with some carbonation. Nice amount of head to it.

Taste...oh the taste. Very fruity. Strong, very strong, notes of orange. Small trace amounts of grapefruit and resin. I got so much orange, the it masked any other flavor. Had a slight back note of hops, not really present as I would have wished.

Aftertaste was one of honey and risen. Very sweet, and not what I was looking for in an IPA.

Not something I would buy again. They seemed to have Florida in mind when making this. All about orange. The honey added to the sweetness. Almost like a poorly made hoppy creamsicle. Not something I would buy again.

Bitter and hoppy! The flavor of this wonderful IPA is almost to the bitterness of a double IPA. The aroma is awesome, hoppy hoppy hoppy. I can't believe the alcohol isn't above 8 percent. This is an exceptional IPA with lots of wonderful hoppy bitterness. One of the better IPAs I have had in awhile, little did I know this brewery is only a hour away. I will drink this beer any day!

Poured from the can into a chilled glass. The color was a murky golden orange; very cloudy.
Smelled of musky malts. Tasted like it smelled. :( Poured the beer down the drain after tasting.

Perhaps I picked up an old can? Wish there was a expiration date or something to indicate the beers age... As it stands, one of the worst beers I've ever had. Hopefully I'll have a chance to have the beer on tap, in the future; because I certainly won't risk drinking the canned version again.

Pretty good all around IPA nice brass color. Went well with the ground beef chorizo burger and curry chips. Held it's own and didn't over power the meal

I had this on tap at Prime Bar in Wesley Chapel, FL. I saw that this was local and an IPA so I had to give it a shot. A decent beer, but nowhere near a 5.

Pours the typical caramel malt color with a nice, stiff white head on top. Aroma is slightly hoppy with a large malt backbone. A bit of rancidity is in the nose, almost like a green apple aroma. The green apple isn't as prevalent in the flavor, but there is still something slightly off. Grapefruit hops with a large pine dose in the flavor. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and well balanced.

I had one of these and then followed this one up immediately with a Jai Alai and the differences are night and day. A decent beer from a local brewer. If Jai Alai is on draft, I would choose JA every time.

I enjoyed this Ale. Poured from a can into a tumbler. I was surprised by the taste of this one. It seemed more like a really good Pale Ale, not an IPA. Hops were weak but it was somewhat pleasant and refreshing.

12 oz can w/o any freshness info

Pours clouded dull orange hued medium amber. Fluffy and lasting light oatmeal head. Leaves quality looking generous amounts of fine sheeting up and down the glass. Nice looking beer.

Sniff is also orange infused. Also getting some light pine and malt sweetness

Moderately hoped IPA, with more fruity citrus then anything else. Hops are most pronounced in the finish, where they are quite resiny tasting and drying.

Decent...nothing amazing....worth a try...more respectable new craft beer from Florida

Can poured into glass. Copper color (not expected) with nice carbonation calling a one finger head that dissipated quickly. Tones of Grapefruit and hops to the nose; taste follows nose and is well balanced on the palate. Citrus, hops, fruits, slight sweetness (the can says honey) lays easily - the 7.2ABV is disguised--well done!

I had to double check with server just to make sure it was the right beer, and not the amber or a brown ale. Don't see how this is an IPA... way too malty and no hop presence detected in aroma or flavor.

Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a pretty orange/light brown color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of citrus hops. Taste is hoppy, pine, some citrus, mild bitterness, easy drinking. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a solid beer.
