Appearance: dark brown in color, 1/4 inch head, medium carbonation, opaque
Smell: roasted malt, vanilla, and cream
Taste: dark chocolate, roasted malt, slight coffee, and big vanilla throughout
Mouthfeel: moderate carbonation, medium-heavy body, sweet with slightly bitter backbone
Overall: A nice sipper that is strong on the vanilla. A cold weather beer if there was one though. This one is crafted very well and I could see myself getting several if they release this during the cooler months.
