Very fruity smell, stone fruit. I’d consider this a NE IPA. Very juicy not much bitterness.

Pleasantly surprised with this iteration of an Hazy IPA from Ol' Republic. This had tropical hoppiness on the nose with whiffs of dankness hidden in there. The taste follows and it has a decent depth for a single. This is an extremely crushable hazy...I know because I knocked a few back on tap at Ol' Republic!

I really dig this brewery's operation and people, so I'm gonna be as objective as possible about the beer. Has that hazy slightly bright yellow appearance with 1/2" white head. Aroma is that mix of Amarillo and Galaxy, pineapple and a little bit of sweeter citrus notes.

Taste is one of the better ones from them, I thought the jupiter one was a little maltier than desired. I'm guessing the Motueka is providing the bulk of the bitterness here. Light body allows for mostly a pineapple and grapefruit leaning flavor profile. I wouldn't say it is low bitterness or even has any/much flaked non barley maltage, it seems right to be in the moderate wheelhouse. I dug it. It won't make anyone forget about some of the super elites like Moonraker or Alvarado St. in the NorCal hop game, but its also more affordable and easier to get than those.

More importantly, that Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers cover band rules. Will go see any time they play at the brewery.

Hazy gold/yellow body, frothy white tight bubbly and lasting head. Aroma is mango, tangerine, apricot, grassy, some light pine/pineapple - not an explosive but nice and present aromas. Taste Is mostly a mango, apricot, and tangerine bond. Has a slight tangerine/orange rind hotness to it that I’ve experienced in some, for example, moonraker beers before, but not to the detriment of the flavor. Really restrained malt body with a hint of flaked wheat. Overall very low bitterness. Pillowy and medium light body with light carbonation that keeps the beer slightly crisp.

An exceptional juice bomb, super crushable and is one of the smoothest Ive had. This is a must buy if I ever see it on the shelf, its just sooo smooth. Lots of grapefruot pith, pineapple and some guava, with a nice banana notes that compliments the smooth mouthfeel.

Super easy drinking, theres a very slight bready feel to it, but it blends in nicely. I could drink this for breakfast and not feel guily, its just an amazing brew and I hope it sticks around.

Highly recommended for those just starting to get to know NE IPA's....this one is just delicious, and without the bitterness some have.

No date date, but recent release

Appearance - Pours hazy and dirty golden yellow with an off-white, near two-finger width head. Strong lacing results in a thin, consistent layer of suds with a strong thickening up around the edge of the glass. Strong lacing, with big chunks, lines and spots decorating the sides.

Smell - The aroma hits on mellow pineapple and melon with lesser guava and citrus.

Taste - Fair amount of juiciness upfront, with hints of citrus and melon. That fair juiciness is quickly met by a formidable amount of clean cereal grain maltiness. Quick to the finish with distant citrus lingering beneath the malty cereal sweetness.

Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair carbonation. Slick, easy drinker. Quaffable.

Overall - The can promotes this beer as 'super-delicious'. That's debatable. It's drinkable. It's smooth. I find the flavor profile boring, though, and oddly dominated by the malts. Not expected at all considering the style.
