UberQuench'l is the big brother to CitraQuench'l. This hazy double IPA is brewed and double dry-hopped with Citra and Galaxy hops to add to the already super citrus experience.

Picked up a four-pack at the Appalachian Vintner in Asheville 10-19-23 for $22.00. No canning date but was told it just came in; consumed for review 12-1-23. Cold stored since purchase.

Beer poured a hazy golden orange with an okay white head with the original pour.

Nose is very nice as the citrus and tropical fruits are front and center.

Taste is spot on as the bigger sized pale malt base takes on a solid dose of orange, peach, and mango flavored hops wonderfully. Finishes with a nice Gooseberry bitterness; 7/10 on my scale.

Mouthfeel is light bodied and very refreshing.

Overall a very nice NEIPA, full of flavor and refreshing! The 'Quench'l franchise is A-OK with me!

16oz can poured into a snifter

A- pours a hazy orange with some amber hues, one-finger foamy white head that leaves some lacing behind

S- juicy and zesty citrusy hops on the nose with notes of tangerine, grapefruit and a hint of lemon. Undertones of pineapple and mango

T- juicy and dank citrus notes up front; tangerine juice, pithy orange and zesty grapefruit. Mid-palate gives some tropical notes of pineapple and mango, slightly grassy on the finish with a linger of juicy citrus hops

M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel that continues into the finish

A “over-sized” Citraquench’l...on steroids! Kinda a palate wrecker IMHO, so don’t position this one until the end of doing a NEIPA taster..again IMHO.

A - Light orange. Serious lacing. Long lasting white head.
S - Dank, peach
T - Peach and tangerine. Big and full flavors. Little acidity and very juicy.
M - A little thick on the palette but smooth.
O - Very solid haze. I love Citra Quench'l and this beer is a big version of it.
