Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Slightly cloudy yellow color with a thin white head and minimal lacing. Floral smell. The taste is lemony and grassy. Not a bad pils beer.

12 oz bottle pours lightly hazy but without sediment in the bottle.
The pale golden body is topped by a fine, durable white head that leaves lots of lacing.
Hoppy aroma with hints of lemons and baked bread.
The flavor follows, but less lemony. It’s moderately strong for style.
Medium-light body with a fine, dry finish.

From the older bottle, it pours an ever so slightly hazy golden amber with a nice head that stays a while. Some floral hops entice the nose. The mouth gets the maltiness and ever so slight hops. Imagine it young and in New Orleans! Yum!

Summmer time and pilsner beer just go hand in hand, and Abita recognized this gap that many American brewers seem to pass on. So, here's 12 ounces, and on to the beer:
Slightly hazy yellow and topped with a small head, Seersucker packs a pleasing aroma filled with grass, floral, and a note of mandarin orange. Its dry body is light and crisp, the taste quite raw with floral and grassy characteristics making the point in this beer. Abita doesn't light up the radar as a whole compared to other brewers, so Seersucker will likely exist as being a quality, under the radar beer for beating hot weather.

In Laurel, MS.
This Pils pours a slightly less than clear light pale straw yellow, with a copious white head that provides superior retention and excellent side glass lacing.
Aroma: Lemon and light peppery hops. Earthy!
Taste: Light, with the refreshing lemon and some bread malts. Drying finish.
