L- Bubbly, amberish, red color, clear enough to see through. The head dissipates very quickly.
S- Very minimal nose. Slight caramel sweetness, booziness, and malt. Roasted hops also... Maybe some coffee flavor?
T- A watered down version of the smell. Bitter backing to the flavor. Not much flavor.
MF- In between thin and medium body, dry finish.
O- I see where they were going with this beer. It's smooth and minimal and nice and easy to sip on. This would be good with some crawfish boilin'.

A nice amber color with not much of a head and a faint lacing. The smell is a hearty malt and taste is the same. Mouthful is a little watery. Overall a really nice drink. This is just the way I like a beer to be. Would have to say this is. my favorite offering from Abita.

I had a cat named Amber. I think she was more aptly named than this beer. But whatever this beer is, it works.

It's amber colored with a mild head. The aroma is of funky water. The taste is the malty beer taste that hits with loads of thickness. A very refreshing beer. Recommended.

L: Copper Amber color with a small white head and no lacing.

S: Not much of an aroma, some toasted grain and sweet caramel.

T: Toasted cereal grain and sweet caramel. No hop character.

F: Light and crisp.

O: A very average beer.

Not quite what I was expecting from an amber lager, and not in a good way.

The brew actually had a very nice dark amber color with a thick head and lacing - very impressive. But that's where it all started and ended. The mouthfeel was watery, the smell was mostly lager also-ran, and it smelled and tasted tinny - none of it was appealing to say the least. Though it was certainly not drain-pour material, it's certainly not something I'll be on the look out for in the future.

Pours a clear amber color with a finger width foamy head. Head retention is mild, as is lacing. Sweet bread aroma with hints of dark fruits. More of a bready taste. Some dark fruits, maybe figs. Mild sweeter toffee taste. A little bit of spicy hops. Actually, not a bad beer. I was pleasantly surprised. Lighter bodied with moderate carbonation. Maybe a little watered down.

Taste doesn't follow nose. Smell is a little odd. A little bready tasting. Pretty good and very drinkable. Didn't love it didn't hate it.

From the bottle, it pours (surprise!) amber with a small head, quickly dissipating to a thin layer and ring. Caramel malt in the nose. The mouth enjoys the strong caramel flavor and malt.
