Served in a snifter.

For a sour, this has a huge, frothy head. The body is dark brown, approaching black. Lace is scattered and a layer of thin head settles above the body. 4.25

There seems to be some coconut and pineapple exploding from this. Some rum spice slips to my nose between the fruity tartness. There's a dark maltiness that reminds me of an oud bruin, but there's a lot more to this. 4.5

Oak barrels, coconut, and spice all suggest Malibu rum. Dark roasted malts blend with dark cherry underneath this. It's a fascinating and delectable combo. 4.5

While sour, this brew is creamy and somewhat smooth. The carbonation is heavy and can almost feel soda-like, but it works here.

A rich sour with multiple layers. It's quite a gem.

Shared with @dkrep. Pours a dark reddish color with a very airy 1-finger head. Nice retention and lacing. The nose is exactly as advertised - ginger and key lime. No rum barrel to be found anywhere other than the color, which is a shame because I think there would have been some benefit. This is hyper-acidic which is exacerbated by the strong key lime flavor. Definitely an enamel ripper but still very unique and enjoyable.
