Hazy, orange-tinted dark yellow color with a finger of dense white head. Nice saison aroma -- lemon, coriander, white pepper and some very subtle peach. All, except the peach, carry over to the taste. There's plenty of flavor, but it's much more "easy drinking" than most. Fairly full-bodied for the style with some prickly carbonation. Bought a six-pack to take tailgating and think it was a good choice.

love to see avery putting out all these new beers, its so cool, and this is inventive and tasty and is really different. its blonde and orange tinted and just a touch haze, bright and summery looking, with a tall inch of white head slowly fading. the peach is there in the nose, not anywhere near as forward as expected or hoped, but i cal smell the peach flesh, which seems to be really genuine. the yeast is mild as saisons go, and i like its mellowness, not sharp or astringent or overly fruity, allowing the peach to take care of that aspect, but drying it out well. the flavor lacks peach a bit, and as faint as it is in the aroma, its even more subtle in the smell. the intersection of yeast and fruit is great, and the wheat body is so creamy and fluffy, and that its dry is also very welcomed. so refreshing and interesting for summer, forget golden ale, this takes the cake as the slammer can for this summer. i love peaches, and as faint as it is, it all works super well. not the best beer in the world, and not the best of avery even, but it fills a rad niche and ill be buying it again for certain.

Aroma - Wit yeast. Clove. White bread. Light peach.

Taste - tart peach, spicy yeast, bread with a mild bitter and tangy finish.

Overall - not really a Saison. A pretty good American Belgian style summer fruit beer.

L: Poured from a can to a snifter with a bubbly 1/4 inch which head. Very nice murky pale straw yellow color. Head disappears quickly leaving behind no head to speak of.

S: Estery, with decent clove aromas. Mild funk and light fruit aromas

T: I was expecting more peach and instead got citrus, mostly orange, zest, pepper and cloves. Theres a bit of peach hidden in there but i was expecting more and was left a bit disappointed.

M: Light/medium bodied with an average amount of carbonation.

O: This is definitely a drinkable beer and enjoyable as a light refreshing summer ale, however as fas a peach saison, i found it lacking in the peach area and a bit to estery for a saison.

Aroma is very wheat forward, with a big hit of peach skin and juice. Notes of banana and white pepper, a hint of pepto, and light coriander add complexity.

Flavor is somewhere between a saison and a hefe, with an initial sour lemon note fading to banana and peach skin, coriander smokiness, and a dry, peppery finish. Could do without the pepto. More peach would be nice, too.

A bit too sweet for my taste, but I enjoyed the peach. Probably someone who likes white beers would enjoy this

Tastes nothing like peach. All I get is a witbier with some clove. Very disappointing.
