Pours into a standard pint a clear slight orange tinged golden with a pillow-like full one finger white head atop that leaves a full ring of broken lace behind as it settles slowly.Orange peel and biscuit malts in the nose,a slight grapefruit note come out as it sits.A pretty unasuming palate with some orange peel and mild citric hops,a sweet biscuit malt base never gets overly sweet.I wont say a boring beer....it's not but lacks a little oomph I have to say.

12 oz can. Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a big frothy white head that retains well and leaves little lacing.

The aroma is sweet sugary citrus with some metallic off notes.

The flavor is bready malt with lots of sweet sugary citrus fruit and some resiny floral bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is mediuml bodied with low carbonation.

Overall, nice citrus but not a lot of hops with some odd malts.

Pours an effervescent gold with a thumb of ivory colored head. Stellar head retention & lacing

S: Faint breadyness & citrus

T: Follows the nose, grassyness & orange peel up front. Dryness, grapefruitty bitterness mix with slight sweetness. Finishes dry with pomelo & a hint of pear & white grape

MF: Medium body, moderate carbonation & decent balance

This falls flat, but drinks okay

Even though they are probably two years late to the game with this release, this is the perfect balance of fruit and beer when it comes to a fruited IPA.

Canned on 5/12/17. 12oz can poured into a tulip. Pours golden with a subtle haze but still has some clarity to it; small white head that falls leaving nice retention and sticky lacing. The aromas are full of tangerine. Malts do their thing, but the tangerine shines. The flavors follow the nose for the most part. More tangerine leading the way. Some orange and citrus is very present. Some subtle grapefruit notes in the mix. Hints of pine and fresh grass. Solid sharp bitterness. Malts do their thing. It finishes pretty clean. Mouthfeel is nice. It's light with sharp active carbonation, but has a slight fluffiness to it. It's smooth and easy to drink.

This is a solid "Fruit IPA". The tangerine definitely shines. It's nothing too crazy, but works if you like tangerines. It might possibly have some "artificial" aromas and flavors going on, but it still ultimately drinks like a beer. It's crisp and refreshing. It's fitting for the warmer weather.

Appearance: Bright gold with a slight haze, a buttery white head standing 2-3 fingers, good retention that develops into a nice lacing as the beer settles into the glass; a tulip

Aroma: Very citrus/orange forward on the nose, but with a hint of earthy spiciness; white pepper perhaps (?)

Flavor: Bold flavors of tangerine, orange and to a less degree, grapefruit and lemon while the malt stayed in the background in a supporting role, finishing with a fairly long, dry finish

Mouth feel: Medium carbonation with the right body for an enjoyable, summer thirst quencher

Overall: The bright citrus flavors are tamed enough to make this well-balanced, but hop forward IPA quite enjoyable any time of the year. A refreshing and agreeable offering.

Poured into a shaker pint glass.

Look: Copper or burnt orange body with light tan head that recedes to a soapy film. World map lacing.

Aroma: Pine, juicy citrus. Some orange zest.

Taste: Pine and citrus zest up front. Followed by dry, bitter hops.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied dry.

Overall: The orange is definitely there if not a bit subdued.
