Just enjoyed earlier today while on vacation in the Denver area at the Boulder tap room.

Pours a clear straw yellow color with a short lived head. Not much lacing to speak of.

Smells like lacto sourness without much else. Lemons, grain, and some earthy flavors are present.

Taste follows smell, rather plain- but exactly what Berliner taste like.

Mouthfeel is thin and clean, nothing too special.

Overall, its good. Nothing to crazy but still enjoyable.

A-EBF sample pour. A somewhat clear, bright yellow color with a in slice of white head.

S-A tart fruitiness. Fresh lemon zest. Aroma is bright and simple but appealing nonetheless.

T-A fresh squirt of lemon tartness. The tartness pleasantly jumps onto my palate then it quickly dies off leaving a soft graininess and wheatiness with maybe a bit of grass.

M-Light and very drinkable. Higher carbonation.

O/D-A pleasant Berliner Weisse. Tart enough to keep me interested.
