Hazy hay-yellow body, white head that leaves ribbons and spots of lace. Smells great- perfumey orange pulp and some spices. Taste is pretty heavy with the orange juice up front, and then heavy on the spices with the finish. Maybe if they came together it would be well balanced, but as it is it knocks my palate around a bit. Feel is also great, low carbonation and high fluidity make this very drinkable.
Refreshing beer with some good clarity of flavors, just not well strung together, and comes off as on the immature side.

White Rascal pours a medium straw yellow with a sub-par head. Decent lacing and medium carbonation coming up the sides of the glass.

The aroma is sweet and citrusy, with the spices coming through a touch and a decent yeast presence.

The taste is what you would expect from any belgian white. The orange and coriander come out up front, pairing with the wheat backbone to make a sweet, zesty flavor, citrusy flavor.

The mouthfeel is also what you'd expect. Highly carbonated with a big fizz on the tongue. Very crisp and very smooth.

Overall, this beer is tasty, zesty, and crisp, a very good representation of the style.

Freshness Date: None

A: Pale yellow and turbid with a foamy, clean white foam of small bubbles that fades to a cling on the glass.

S: Base of hay and crackers with predominant spice and citrus components.

T: Moderate palate featuring a foundation of cracker, grain, and hay maltiness with highlights of coriander, pepper, and citrus zest. There are also subtle notes of yeasty esters lending a tinge of crisp fruitiness.

M: Thin, light, and sporting moderate carbonation; this brew has a nice refreshing feel.

O: A solid beer that is both subtle and flavorful. Perfect for the warm summer days ahead.
