Unfiltered India Pale Ale dry-hopped and spiced with tangerine.
On tap at the Avery Brewing tap room. Poured into a tulip.
Appearance - somewhat hazy orange/yellow with thin white head and decent amount of lacing.
Smell - nose is some grapefruit with just a hint of malt. Tangerine is noticeable, but much more so in the taste.
Taste - refreshing and fairly flavorful! I like the tangerine here, but wouldn't want on a regular basis.
Feel - too light; though hop forward nature saves the day.
Overall - a nice beer to try if you find yourself in Boulder, but Avery certainly has better options.

On draft, pours a light orange, slightly hazy, with a good linger head.

The nose is all citrus, some grapefruit, a little orange peel, candied sugar, and malt. The flavor is much more tangerine, a little crystal malt, bitter rinds, and citrus. This is well balanced and pretty good. Very refreshing.

Oh. My. Goodness! An IPA that isn't too hoppy and has a nice tangerine taste to it. Fresh on tap, this is awesome!

A - Citrus hops, very mild tangerine

T - The regular IPA but very mild tangerine touch.

F - medium body, medium carbonation

O - Good, nice variety on the original IPA
