Pretty good for a pizza place in a hotel. The food was "ok" and good if you're hungry. You can get better pizza in Vegas but you can also get a lot worse.
About 70 beer selections, mostly bottles and cans but several on tap - locals that you may not see outside of Vegas and a very decent selection of craft stuff that's worthy.
Nice overall selection if you're in the area and don't want to get in your car and travel to a more traditional beer bar.

V-Slice of Vegas is located in the mall between the Luxor and Mandalay Bay. Ambiance is definitely lacking here, but it is lacking in most places on the Vegas strip, so I guess the vibe is to be expected. There is a bar in the center of the joint, a good amount of booth and table seating around it, and a take-away stand so you have your choice of dining options. I visited on a weekend afternoon and it was pretty mellow for Vegas; just a few couples and smaller groups having a late lunch.
Q-Slice has some average craft offerings like New Belgium, Sierra Nevada, etc., but also a few unique beers like local options from Bad Beat and BrewHaus. My canned IPA was fresh and the draft beer tasted like the lines were clean.
Ser-The bartender that served me was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable about the local beers. I deducted points for serving my beer with a chilled shaker pint glass. The shaker pint I don't mind so much, but don't chill that glass!
Sel-Slice has roughly 55 beers on offer; mostly in bottles and cans. The draft list was more limited, but there was some good stuff on tap, e.g, Bad Beat's anniversary beer.
F-The pizza is marginal but it isn't too expensive (for Vegas on the Strip) and it is quick and easy. I didn't try anything else.
O-This place isn't going to be the next beer destination, but for a quick fix of beer and pizza, you could do worse.

Located in the shops between Mandalay Bay and Luxor. It is a large pizza place that has a good sized bar. Unfortunately there was only 8 beers on draft with some limited choices like Fat Tire and Sierra Nevada. The bottle list had more options.
The pizza was decent, but no great shakes . The service was kind of slow, but friendly. This place would be great if you want a quick slice and a beer, but it isn't really a great beer destination - for that just walk over to Burger Bar.
