2018 U.S. Open Beer Championship Bronze Medal Winner
An inspiration from the beer country, our Belgian Witbier is a good representation of this classic style. A combination of coriander and citrus peel provides a pleasant tart-lemon aroma and orange-citrus flavor. This beer is refreshingly crisp and perfect for those hot summer festivals.

Appearance: Into a pint glass from a 12oz can with a stylish and informational wraparound stick-on label. No date on the container. Unappealing cloudy, dull straw color with no foam.
Nose: Very aromatic. Coriander. Lemon zest. Tart key lime.
Taste: Wheat, coriander, lemon-lime soda, clove, tart citrus, bubblegum.
Feel: Wet and heavy. Not much carbonation, but what’s left still has a bite.
Overall: Not much to look at, but it tastes great. It’s tame for a Belgian wit but that will likely be fine with most drinkers, even fans of the style.

UPDATE:
It's not often I update a review, but when it's warranted, I feel compelled and that it is fair to do so.
I find this now more enjoyable to drink, from its appearance to its full wheaty smell with a hint of malty sweetness, to the very much so crisp mouthfeel - al of it making the taste that much better.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
A very mild drink to close out the old year...
I found this to be neither great nor bad, pretty much middle-of-the-road. This is something that would work during the warmer months but for today, due to the can art, I found this to be reasonably solid...

I could fill this space with lots of lofty language to impress or confuse the reader. Instead I'll sum up the review with this declarative statement: "MMMMMmmmmm." In other words, "I like this beer and I will buy some more."

Had at Southbound Tap House, Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV), on draft into pint tumbler.
Pours bright but pale gold with clarity and 2-finger near-white head, quickly dissipating to a partial film, and leaving some scattered lace. Nice lasting aromas of Belgian yeast spice, and also tarter orchard fruit. On tasting, mild carbonation delivers some big Belgian yeast spice right up front, over a nicely creamy body, which carries into a nice, tarter orchard fruit, before a bit drying, somewhat saline finish.
The clarity is surprising, but the beer is on-style, if a bit muted compared to some more famous examples.
