Went today (Saturday) around noon with my wife and kids.

I like the feel of the place -- extremely high ceilings, mostly one big open room, all the brewing facility and barrel aging open to sight. The beer is generally good, with some variation. The nitro Nemesis was fantastic, the Intervention IIPA was good, the Oatstanding porter was fine, and the bourbon barrel aged imperial stout was poor (for the style).

Service was nice, friendly bartender, quick to answer questions and provide beer. Selection is probably normal-to-good for a small brewery.

Had a chance to visit during a recent family and winery visit to Woodinville.

Located in the NE part of Woodinville, it's easy to get lost looking for this place in among the winery tasting rooms in this part of Woodinville. The brewery tasting room is located in a something of a warehouse environment, with a moderate size bar area to the left as you come in, and then a scattering of tables and chairs in the sizeable dining area (high ceilings) and outside patio. There's a nice size flat screen TV over the back of the bar area, and so this is a very nice respite after a full day of wine tasting in Woodinville. The ambiance/atmosphere is pretty relaxed and laid back, and so this is a nice place to hang out with a beer or three.

In terms of the beer selection, I think there were around 15 or 16 beers on tap, with the IPA's, DIPA's and an imperial milk stout on nitro tap the stars of the selection. On the other hand, a barrel aged strong ale/quad and triple were so-so at best, and it's seems pretty clear that Belgian style beers are not this brewery's strong suit. Service was decent, consisting of some pretty friendly young woman who were quick with a drink (but were not a fountain of information otherwise). I think they serve food here, but didn't see anyone ordering anything, and didn't feel the need to order anything myself.

Nothing extraordinary here, but the IPA and DIPA was quite serviceable, and I liked the milk stout. For those who feel a bit worn out after a full day of wine tasting (which happens to me from time to time), this is definitely a place I would recommend. I'll likely be back at some point.

Another star in the Woodinville brewery scene. A smaller venue with plenty of thirsty customers, even on a Thursday afternoon. Beers were stellar; wish I had sampled more. The Nemesis Imperial Milk Stout on nitro is the best milk stout I've ever tried. The Mystic Belgian Strong Dark is another winner. Our server was not very personable, but still helpful with my selections. Very rustic place to match the killer logo. We didn't try any of the bar food. If you're north of Seattle, drop in; well worth it.

Vibe: With a celtic and warrior atmosphere the only negative in the room is a bit too "sport bar"

Quality: Very consistent and true to style beers.

Service: Very good service and friendly. The service is lacking that edge of the servers moving towards customers

Selection: Wide verity of styles and ABV. Very ambitious with pushin what the styles are.

I went to Triplehorn for the first time a couple days ago and really enjoyed it. The interior space is pretty huge with a bit of an industrial vibe, but the bar itself is woody, warm and welcoming. I got the recommended flight of tasters and was impressed with each of the beers available, especially the imperial smoked porter and their Irish-style red, which has a bit of smokiness to it as well. The staff were all very friendly indeed and ready to talk about beer. I will definitely be returning to Triplehorn in the future.

Overall cool place and feels like they could have some great things coming. Will be interested to see if they decide to can or bottle to make their selection more available. Great little surprise find on Tuesday.

Good selection of interesting beers, no food (but a regular rotation of food trucks), kid-friendly, fun place.

Been here a few times and have always come away with a smile. They have a good array of beers on tap usually, good all around variety. Don't offer food themselves but they do have a food truck come by on most weekends but am not sure of the current selection or schedule. Had a great anniversary celebration this past summer with a huge list of beers to choose from and several food selections. Taking the celebration out of it, Triplehorn is hard to have a bad time at and not come away having tried something new.

Small brewery located in building E-6 at the top of the hill, with a Norse/Odin flare. Great choice in beers (maybe a dozen) including IPAs, stout, saison, porter and a red beer. The tasting flight option is a predefined set of 6 beers. My visitation was on a Monday in the afternoon, there were only a few people hanging out and it was enjoyable to observe the employees going about their duties. Unique offerings, which may change, were a belguim strong ale aged on jack daniels barrels (11% ABV but no overpowering flavors to distract), bacon IPA and cherry cider. The bar does use an cool "beer can" shaped pint glasses available for $5 to take home.

A: My first stop on brew tour of Woodinville landed me at Triplehorn. Its tucked away in the back corner of a industrial park. Walking in the place is sordove long and narrow with handles aginst the right wall, chalkboard with available offerings and descriptions and a big open brewery space can be seen ahead. Just around the end of the bar, around the corner to the right is some additional but minimal seating. Sordove, quiet, calm and laidback her with random patrons transiting through.

S: Good. The brewer was hanging out at the bar this day preparing to head out for Belgianfest, talkative and friendly to me with his own opinions about others and beer in the industry. .

S: About seven handles ranging from IIPA to Milk Stout. I had previously had Landwink IPA. The Blockhead IIPA was average at best, not really one I would call a Pliney slayer, chewy. Nemesis Imperial Milk Stout was not bad but a 9.5 sweet ass ABV beer will sock it you. The selection as broad and appealing. I wanted to try several offerings but could not given the time constraints and driving

I would say Triplehorn is the better of the new wave of Woodinville breweries. There beers tend to tastier, cleaner, more adventurous and truer to style but also more pleasant all the way around.
