I think this is probably the best beer KC makes. Still has the carbonation and body issue that most of their beers have. Dark brown body with very little for a head. You can smell the peppers right away. Smells great. Some light cocoa in the nose also.

The taste is a light chocolate malt/cocoa taste backed by the spicy peppers. The heat is felt lightly in the back of the throat. I would call this a safe pepper beer, but you do get the taste of the anaheim, jalapeno and serrano peppers. Not too spicy to drink a whole glass.

Quite thin again with very little carbonation. I think these guys need to turn up the CO2 on the tap system.

Enjoyed this unique beer the most on our visit here.
