An explosively unfiltered IPA, golden in color. Bursting with citrus flavor that balances with a touch of bitterness on the finish.

Received a can on 11-4-23 from @mikexw in the Barleywine/Stout BIF #1 from last fall. Undated can, consumed 2-18-24. Cold stored since acquisition.

Beer poured a chilled golden orange with a very nice white head.

Nose is full of tropical and citrus hops.

Taste is a moderately sized pale malt base that gives way to the hopping that is pineapple forward and notes of orange and mango. Finishes balanced with no overt bitterness; 5/10 on my scale.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied and kind of refreshing.

Overall a tasty beer. Thanks for the opportunity to try Mike!

Nice looking can, a summer design with a limited colored palette. 19.2-ounces, poured into Spiegelau IPA glass.

Look: Super hazy and completely opaque. White, dense head with great retention and sticky lacing.

Aroma: Light citrus, touch of aspen.

Taste: Orange, lime and guava. Citrus peel and a tasty, sweet malt base; yeast roll. Smooth finish. No booziness.

Feel: Satisfying. Effervescent with a full body. Crisp.

Overall: Nothing too surprising, just a standard juicy IPA done quite well. Recommended.

Appearance: On draft into pint glass. Very murky golden that has a brown hue if the bar lighting is dark enough. 1cm of quickly dissipating white foam that left the right amount of lacing.

Aroma: Strong citrus. Plain and simple.

Taste: Bitter orange and grapefruit balanced by the sweetness of pineapple.

Feel: Medium carbonation. Juicy.

Overall: Not a bad IPA. If you're looking for something citrusy and not a hop bomb, give this a shot.

12 oz can from the Wall of Beer in Clemson SC ($2.29).

Appearance. Cloudy and murky golden body with a relatively weak head.

Aroma. Fruity with a mix of citrus, pineapple and other typical fruits.

It looks juicy, it smells juicy, and then there's the name, so it's no surprise that it tastes juicy. Detractions include the lightly astringent and thin body, and overly obvious ABV.

Pours a hazy orange color with a creamy white head - looks like orange juice in my glass, if orange juice left white lacing as you drank it. Dank tropical citrus notes on the nose, including mango, pineapple, and ripe tangerine.

The mango and pineapple are forward on the taste and delicious, with the ripe tangerine at the back of the palate, providing a nice touch of bitterness, coasting into a bit of creamy oats for a smooth finish.

The mouthfeel is medium and soft. What a fantastic beer this is.

I had one on tap at the Westchester Marriott bar in Tarrytown NY. Served in the dreaded chilled glass so head and lacing were minimal. Nice hazy yellow color. Aroma and taste featured pineapple and tropical fruit. There was a floral aspect in the nose as well and a little sweetness. Mouthfeel was crisp and fairly light. Not a whole lot of bitterness in this beer, just enough to cut the sweetness from the fruity aspect. I tend to like more hoppy, robust IPA's more, but this beer was enjoyable and in keeping with the NEIPA style.

Poured from a 12 oz. can - Single for $2.99 - no canning date
Look - juicy, hazy, orange and golden, small white head, very good lacing
Smell - citrus, orange, grapefruit, mango, hop spice
Taste - mango, grapefruit, ripe citrus, pineapple
Feel - soft and creamy, lightly carbonated, low bitterness
Overall - This is one smooth brew, maybe a little too smooth. Any sweet fruit flavor followed by the low hop bitterness fades quickly. For me, I would have liked more bitterness but it's still good. I rocked this brew down with the BulletBoys - Smooth Up in Ya.

A thick hazy pour. Pretty good, a little bitter but not overwhelming. A solid IPA.
