1 PINT can
Served in a tulip glass
This beer pours pale yellow and hazy. It is topped with a few inches of white head that leaves decent head.
The smell is lemony and spicy. Citrus fruit comes out as it warms.
The taste follows the smell. It is lemon and spices at first with hints of banana. The citrus comes out as it warms.
Medium bodied with effervescent mouthfeel
It is a solid saison. It hits a lot of the marks, and the citrus is a plus.

Bringing the juicy to Belgian styled ale, the masters of the New England style IPA dabbles in the farmhouse for a beer that's already dry, spicy, and fruit forward and then smacks it around with a healthy heaping hop rate.
Pale, hazy and canary yellow, the soft and pillowy appearance is chocked full of wheat and oats for a soft spiciness on the nose and a full fruit perfume. Citrus, melon and orchard fruit waft over its stark white head and patiently await the first supple sip of bread dough, hard candy and a crisp wafer-like maltiness.
Sweetness is scant on the middle palate as the beer's creaminess remains to give the fruit flavors of lemon, white grapefruit, white wine and green apple a suggestion of saltwater taffy with a slightly tart zing. With the saturation of tangy and berry-like fruit trail off, the sharp spiciness of the ale comes with a stern whack of white pepper, coriander, vanilla, vinous spice and a strong hay-like hop bite.
Medium bodied and creamy at the onset, the ale rapidly moves toward a dry and sparkling finish. Spices quickly overtake the fruit and give this saison its proper earth and spice dominance. A medium length aftertaste of grassy hops, citrus rinds and peppercorn give the finish a snappy, racy exit from the palate that's a deviation from the normal pale ale and trends truly farmhouse.
