look - fantastic hazy copper color with a lasting white head and sticky lacing.
smell - Oolong tea, citrus and tropical fruit hoppiness
taste - so juicy and fruity. Lots of tropical fruit with a good caramel malt backbone. a little dankness as well.
Feel - medium full body with a crisp medium light carbonation
Overall - This is so good, love the beer!

My bro in law was king enough to set me up with this beer. The scent had hints of malt and hop mix. The taste was a conflict of sweet malt and bitter hop with slight fruit presence. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's an ok beer.

For an 8.8 ABV imperial IPA, this is one dangerous beer — easy to enjoy, no hint of the high alcohol content, smooth yet hoppy. Tastes fresh with a slight bitter finish.

This is a great AIPA (DAIPA) that redeems itself with rich taste and nice mouthfeel.

It pours a slightly cloudy pale yellow. The aroma is a subdued sweetness with nothing offensive. The taste is special. Thick malts dominate but still there are plenty of hops. Nice 2D brew. It all has a somewhat bitter finish that sits cream and lingers slightly boozy. I generally like this brewer, but I hoped for something even better. Classy can.

Recommended.

12oz can, sample from the brwery.

Love the level of booziness this beer shows, the hop bitterness is there but not over the top. Lots of exotice flavors from the hops; dragon fruit, green tea, citrus rind, peppery herbs. Clean malt profile with a lingering alcohol in the back. Quite drinkable even for its size. A good sip.

A truly excellent double IPA. Great mouth feel, excellent smell, nice head that lasts. Marvelous hop profile that remains smooth throughout. Robust taste that is in no way overbearing or boozy. Great beer!

Strong dank hop aroma, with undertones of tropical fruit. Pours a clear light amber with a thin white head. Slightly sweet beginning, with more caramel then I generally want in an IIPA. Full bodied, with a heavy mouthfeel and the slickness that comes with lots of hops. Overall, it's solid, but not great.
