"I'm happy; hope you're happy, too" with this brew. An imperial IPA that is not overly cloying, sticky or syrupy. Crystal clear golden color with a skim of foam after a fluffy head. Hoppy nose is redolent of bright fruit including mango, apricot and hints of berry. Chewy mouthfeel, sufficient carbonation and bitterness paired a clean malt bill makes this one a brew i'm eager to sip and savor despite the 8.8% abv. Love the galaxy hop in this one. Cheers to the late thin white duke.

Look: Mostly clear amber gold. Full sticky, foamy head. Plenty of lacing. Retains a nice layer of foam. Carbonation continues to bubble until the beer is gone.

Smell: Woodsy, pine forest

Taste: Honey and sweet with a very light sip and then woody and bitter with a fuller sip. Aftertaste of mown hay. Plenty of variety, plenty of evolution.

Feel: Endless carbonation, full bright mouthfeel. Sticky and tongue-coating.

Overall: Very drinkable, hope you can find it. It is in cans but I don’t know what distance they distribute.

Appearance: Pours golden with a chill haze; the head builds to three fingers; excellent retention and webs of lace

Smell: Pineapple, papaya and grapefruit with a waft of fusel alcohol; there is also a hint of caramel sweetness

Taste: Pineapple and papaya forward with a hint of shortbread sweetness underneath; a bitter grapefruit and medicinal element building, in the middle, followed by a dry finish with some fusel alcohol lingering

Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate to high carbonation

Overall: An assertive IPA, more in the west coast mold; it has some shortcomings but is not bad

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/20/2018. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Mild increasing warmth of 8.8% after the finish. Overall this is an excellent DIPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV, with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not aggressive. Awesome Galaxy, Apollo, Comet profile. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hop complexity; with a great balancing wheat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness from lingering resin dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example. Not overly sweet/heavy for the ABV.

I got this beer at the gym.

Sunburst gold body, slightly hazy. One and a half finger white head slowly dies down to a wispy cap. Faint ring, web like lace.
Big fruity aroma. Papaya, orange, grapefruit and a wiff of fresh pine.
If ever a taste followed an aroma in a beer, this is it. The grapefruit and pine is more pronounced with a peppery hop finish. A very balanced beer.
Medium body with medium carbonation. Semi-dry finish.

Pale straw in color and slightly hazy. Nice, clean lasting white head. Bitterness is well balanced and a smooth mouthfeel. This is North High's best beer.

This is a light and crisp DIPA.
Citrus tones, not too "in-your-face".
This has some great hops goin' on here!
Solid recommendation, a truly pleasurable experience.
