Picked up a 12 pack of this stuff from my local Shaw's. I have to say that maybe stores should stay out of having their own house brand brews. This to me tastes like watered down Big Flats 1901 the sad excuse of a beer Walgreens carries. Overall it's not very tasty and being a regular light beer drinker this for the price Keystone least tastes like it's big brother Coors Light and is actually cheaper then this in my area. I would not buy again.

It gets the job done after a full day of drinking It, but not the kind of beer I would go to regularly.

Found a 12pk for $3 on the discount rack at a Shaw's supermaket, still not a bargain.

Served in a Lagunitas mason jar.

Gotta love the random shit you find when mixing a sixer at the local Jewel, amiright? This stuff pours a clear sallow topped by a finger of wan white foam. How does white appear pale? Just look at the head on this beer, chumley. The nose comprises light grains, mineral water, very light flowers, and a twinge of mountain air. Not an Alp or anything, but definitely that cleanliness you just don't perceive in your nose deep in the City. The taste brings in more of the same, along with a strong vein of just-plain-off-ness, as though the usual funky wheat flavor abandoned the wheat and just went with a purely ethereal form of George Clinton thump. It's odd, to say the least. The body is pretty light, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluidly watery feel. Overall, a substandard little lager, one I can't see vying for when reaching for a cheap-yet-alcoholic thirst-quencher.

Awesome Cheap beer. It makes Natural Ice look like a wimp. I tried it when I saw it in the grocery store for $6/12 pack. Great stock beer to give the people when they crash at your house.

In fact, I made a fan video displaying my love for this beer.

355ml can, a 'find' in the local liquor superstore's singles bin. 2 bucks - fuck yeah! At least around these parts.

This beer pours a crystal clear, pale golden straw colour, with three fingers of puffy, thinly foamy, barely off-white head, which leaves some sparse streaks of lace around the glass as it quick beats it out of Dodge.

It smells of thin, grainy corn malt, plastic toys, poorly fermented mash, neutral alcohol (really?), and a slightly dry mustiness. The taste is a prominently husky corn graininess, some dead soul vegetal character, a lessened Mattel petrochemical nature, and more quite understated, apologetic scorched earth weedy hops.

The bubbles are more or less restrained, the body a more weighty measure than actually deserved, and generally smooth, the usual intrusive suspects apparently taking the day off. It finishes much drier than expected (had I really cared), the Saran Wrap, diluted corn, and mostly inoffensive generic musty essences conspiring to that effect.

Another weak-ass, unappealing adjunct light lager - whose origins are hidden somewhat, behind the veneer of the contract brewer scope. Not worthy, obviously, which makes the full 12-pack shelf price of 32 whole Canuck bucks a laughable proposition, even in this day and age.

Poured can of Buck Range Light into a glass:

A: This see-through piss-water looks like a glass of white wine. Some foam boiled up initially but there was zero retention and minimal lacing.

S: Skunk-ass, fermented crap comes to mind.

T: My god. Beer-flavored water with a slight hoppy edge. The taste goes from withstandable to horrid, kind of like my performance in bed after a few of these.

M: Probably the best aspect of this beer, but it isn't a whole lot. Very light bodied. Dry.

O: Swill. If you have to drink garbage, at least grab some Natty's.

Found this at my local Jewel on clearance for $1.19 a 12 pack! It is drinkable but I would not buy again for over $4 a 12 pack. I wouuld sugest throwing these in the cooler after everyone was already drunk. I would compare it to a Busch Light only not as good.

12 oz can picked up over the weekend of the 4th (placed into a pint glass)

buck, we shall call him, comes out a pale see through yellow with some carbonation notable in the body. two finger thick bubbly head advances to a ring quickly. no real lacing to speak of. alcohol is present on the nose (which is surprising given its 3.6) with grain and corn husk. not much ado about nothing. grain and corn husk is about all thats going on here with a dry finish. light bodied with medium amount of carbonation on the tongue. for 7 bucks a twelve pack i dont think this is necessarily a bad buy (if you want to go the cheap route.. just dont expect it to impress you or get you very drunk)

I originally bought it for competitive drinking as a trial run. Bad idea. Light beers are usually bad, but Buck Range Light lowers the bar. It was as expected.

A: Pours with a faded yellow color and large white foam head. The foam lingers for quite a while.

S: Metal, skunky, cheap.

T: Almost like Busch Light, except has less taste (which isn't saying much). It’s very watery, bland, and tastes of metal. It has too much carbonation and actually tastes a little sweet.

M: Carbonated water. Nothing else to it.

O: Horrible! Nothing good will ever come from opening a can of BRL. I couldn't even find the ABV % anywhere on the can or 12pack casing. I had to go online to find it. It is an understatement when describing this beer as "cheap" or "depressing."

Poured and served in a glass. One word "undrinkable" do youself a favour, avoid this thin, Characterless and overcarbonated swill. it is a down right awfull tasting. adjucts fill and just flood your palate with all kinds of off tastes that are just unsavory and indescribable. flavours i found foul at best, i just don't understand what happend to this one?. Genesee has other price beers that are quite drikable. Trust me there is no reason for anyone else to suffer. Iam not a sadistic person and anyway you'll just be disapointed that you wasted your bucks on buck range. Now with that i said that i really, really need to get this foul taste of bad adjunt filled swill out my mouth before i get sick. "tip" baking soda and peroxide rinse is helpfull and lot of water incase you should incounter a bad a swill and want to get the taste off your palate and some type of no salt kosher motzo tea cracker or some no salt cracker of some type are helpful also, after rinsing your mouth out. its quite helpfull. Oh well you can't win them all. i'll chalk that up to one of the Occupational hazards and chance we take reveiwing them. oh i think iam going to be sick,I got to get some BISMUTH.

Can picked up at Albertson's for the sake of the tick. Sells for $6 a 12 pack.

A: The beer pours an amazingly pale yellow color with a big white head that stays around for a surprising length of time for a light lager.

S: God this smells awful. Skunky as hell, despite the can protection, intensely sweet with lots and lots of corn. Definitely some warm garbage aroma and a bit of metal. Maybe a little bit of apple cider.

T: Luckily, this doesn't really taste like much. It's very light and watery with a lot of the flavor coming from the intense carbonation. A decent amount of corn comes through, but the abrasiveness of the carbon dioxide is really off-putting. "Supercarbonated skunk's ass" according to t0rin0.

M: The body is (not surprisingly) extremely light and watery with an intense level of carbonation.

D: A tick is a tick. This stuff is pretty bad, though.
