A: A yellow amber in color, with a small amount of white head on top.

S: Orange peel, and citrus, with some light caramel.

T: Grapefruit, citrus peel, and a touch of pine. Some bread and caramel in the finish, with a nice long lingering citrus bitterness.

M: Medium in body, with medium carbonation

O: Overall a pretty standard IPA. Solid flavor, great bitterness, classic.

Amber-copper color pour from can, dated older than I'd prefer, with ample head that hung on a while. Plenty of lace on side of tulip glass. Has a sweetness to it that does well with the citrusy edge to balance things out nicely. Moderate carbonation and a smooth mouthfeel round this beer out. Would definitely drink more.

I'm trying this at the brewery. It poured a clear copper with white head that is leaving a great lace. The scent had hints of pine and sweet malt. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with pine being most present. The mouthfeel is medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer.

Malty, unbalanced, piney diminishing finish. Really enjoy the notch 9 double IPA, but as much as I like that dipa, I was disappointed in this one. Pass

Ha! Anyhow...
This one pours vibrant copper when held to the light, mixed with a bit of inner city smog and gas emojis. Proper lace and head for the duration of the enjoyment. Smell gives off hints of lawnmower dust in the arid summer air, tobacco leaf, grapefruit sprinkled with sugar, and Grandpa Stroehmann to boot. The taste is intensely bitter like the IPAs of yester-year, and it follows with honey-layered malt and ruby-red grapefruit. Feel is prickly, semi-chewy, and offers that tongue-smacking bitterness a lot of IPA fans adore. Unfortunately, It also offers up something akin to cigar clippings or, better yet, Red Man loose leaf. No, the Hunter never dabbled, but I did have a baseball coach that partook to the point of absurdity. Trust me on this one. This is like the Anne Hathaway of beers; at her peak, she caught your attention, but looking back, she was never anything special in the first place. LARRRGE™.

Decided to grab a six-pack at Shell. I noticed this on the "local" shelf. I was expecting to be satisfied but I figured it would be just another IPA. It is I suppose but it's quite well done. It was crisp and refreshing and had a distinct citrus character and nice hearty body, good lacing and such as well. I'll have to get it again.

Good beer with Good body. Smooth to drink with a sharp bitter finish. Pine is definitely In the smell and taste, just a hint of biter grapefruit citrus typical of an IPA. Golden color with a white head.

Can poured into a cervoise appears copper in color with a soapy lightly khaki stained head that holds a finger strong fading slow leaving a wall of lace.

Aroma is herbal almost minty with pine and slight citrus, pulp and pith.

Taste is bitter grapefruit with a pine-like resinous cling and mild toasty to bready grain character. A touch of warming alcohol is notice across the back.

This is medium in body with modest carbonation. Overall not a bad brew.
