Taster at Earth Eagle. Orange golden pour with a dissipating head. Sweet malty aroma, caramel. Taste is sweet, malty, toffee, dry. Taste falls off quickly.

An O.G west coast style IPA packed with Pacific Northwest hops that is much more juicy and tropical flavored than traditional west coast, piney, sticky and bitter versions.
Easy drinking at 6.4%abv.
Totally clear golden color, a bit of relaxed mellow vibe.
Sweet and fruity hop scent, not overwhelming, but pleasant enough.
The malt balance has some serious flavor, unique and maybe a bit strange: buttery, herbal with golden grainy.
I could use a slightly more assertive pine and bitter bite to round it out, but it's meant to be juicy and tropical and it is.

16 oz can.
Pours a lightly cloudy pale gold color with a large effervescent white head. Great retention. Leaves some cobweb lacing along the glass.
The aroma has strong notes of lime and grapefruit, followed by a ton of grainy malts and barley. Smells just like walking into a brewery. There's some pine on the back end. Not a lot going on but the aroma really pops.
The flavor follows the nose with lime, grapefruit and orange rind with some peach and overripe mango. The grainy malts are very strong and very present. Finishes with a bit of honey and dank, bitter pine.
The feel is medium bodied with slightly more than medium carbonation. Has a soft, lingering bitterness. Very drinkable.
Overall, this is a great take on a WCIPA. It's citrusy, piney and bitter but with plenty of malt balance. Highly drinkable. Great beer.

Can. Beautiful CLEAR bright copper with small head and lace. Tropical fruit and pine aroma. Medium sweet honey and some light fruit ripe peach. Fruity and pine mild long bitterness. Medium-heavy body slick but not cloying with fine carbo to accentuate hops. Not as bitter as most west coast IPAs but that might be good. Delicious. I cannot figure out why people prefer murky grapefruit oatmeal raw dough IPAs.

From a 16 oz. can dated 06/01/21. Sampled June 21, 2021.
The appearance is orange-amber with good clarity and a modest, lingering off-white head.
The aroma emits barley grains, pine, and a vague fruitiness.
Smooth, medium mouthfeel.
The taste starts sweet but it is the traditional pine-like and fruity bitterness that really takes over on the backside. Kind of a relief from all those hazy IPA's out there today.

Big foamy head, good retention decent lacing, clear honey orange color
Nose big juicy citrus and mango, then a bit of dishwasher in the background somehow, light malt, little pithy
Taste more citrus up front, juicy mango and citrusy tropical fruit, light doughy gristy malt, pithy, not much off flavor until late, bitter rind and minty pine soap
Mouth is med bod, medium carb, little creamy
Again had potential but more off characters

A little too bitter on the tongue. Expecting a little more from this brew. Not very complex.
