very solid pale here, enjoyed from a fresh can, clean and bright beer with some substance to it, seems northwestern to me, kind of classically styled, hoppy but not real bitter, and overall a very well made beer. in my limited experience with roadhouse, it seems like they are doing an awesome job with the hoppy stuff. this is kind of an all day beer for me, even at the stronger end of the spectrum for the style. its not overly complex, but has a lot of flavor, plenty of malt balance, and a clean and fruity hop finish, very fresh, and lively on the carbonation, enough so that i find it refreshing and hard to even set the can down. the hops have some cool nuance, canned pineapple, ruby red grapefruit, and clementine, a little bit of oil there too on the feel, west coasty, and only enough bitterness to crisp up the finish a bit, pretty mild there. there is a light biscuity note to the grain, but just enough, not like malty and balanced and from the 90s. overall a solid beer, i have been digging the hoppy beers from them of late, and look forward to continuing to drink through their lineup! had never heard of these guys before this year...

My good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego gave me a can of this beer. It poured a slightly hazy yellow with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle dank fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright citrus flare. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Bottled October 9th 2017. It pours a clear straw gold with, again, oodles of long lasting foam and great lacing. Pine, grassy, grapefruit citrus smell that yells, I am gonna please you. Grapefruit, grass, some pine, toasted malt, really nice bitter finish. Medium body with exactamundo carbonation. Man, I've had some top notch APAs and this one just made the list!

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of citrus, pine and toasted caramel. Sweet orange flavor with pine and toasted caramel.

Poured from a 12oz can with no born on date; into a pint glass.
Appearance- light gold with some oily sediment and plenty of bubbles; thin, creamy white head; lacing is strong, full and plenty!
Smell - pale malts and freshly mowed grass.
Taste - there’s some caramel candy mixed in with the pale malt and grassy hops.
Feel - very balanced, light and somewhat dry; about what you expect from a well crafted APA.
Overall- for those who appreciate the more balanced APA, you’ll likely really enjoy this, for those like me who like the hops over the pale malt, it’s decent, but not great.

From a beer of the month club and from a can. Poured with a fluffy white foam head and a plae, opaque slightly pineapple/straw color. Scent has a great tropical hop with notes of stone fruit, pineapple, and mango. Taste is a bit more mellow and a touch on the hoppier side with a bit of a malty support helping to round it out. Feel is medium bodied with a bit of a hoppy citric aftertaste. Quite enjoyable!
