Had on tap at the brewery. On the malty side for an IPA but the bartender explained that it was an English IPA and that makes sense. I am more of a pale ale fan so it was right up my alley. The bitterness is probably a little for someone used to West Coast IPAs.

Solid brew that is an everyday IPA with an ABV of only 6.5%

Appearance: Nice frothy head with good retention and lacing. Pale ale orange color that is clean and clear.

Nose: Pine and grapefruit.

Taste: Crisp with a malty middle and a dry finish. This is closer to a pale ale than and IPA and there is something I like about that. Pine, hops, carmel in the middle.

Notes: A solidly good IPA. Nothing amazing, but simple and complete is something to be treasured when everything else is an imperial or double or triple!

Liars Dice IPA is a malty, watery brew. The overall flavor and aroma is of pine hops, but the flavor is mild and smooth.

Poured from a pounder into a regular pint glass. Not much head, in fact fairly flat upon arrival. Color is amber golden.

The taste is pleasurable and not challenging. I mostly taste malt and a little hops at the front-end. Not much taste lingers after sipping the beer.

Scent is pretty good on this beer. Upon opening the bottle I got a good aroma and even said outloud: "that smells good." Unfortunately the smell has dissipated pretty quickly.

Best drunk after a painful baseball loss.

Pours a finger of head on a dark straw colored body.
The aroma is a dank pine, nothing else... interesting, but still nice.
The taste is a solid pine dank bitterness with a good malt background.
The texture is thicker with moderate carbonation.
A solid IPA.

Pours a hazy gold color with a small head.

Aromas are pretty nice. Grapefruit, light pine, minerals, and a touch of sugar.

Taste is like the nose. A bit gritty up front, some cereal grain flavors, cracker, and light creamy sweetness. Finish is floral and with mineral, pine, and grapefruit hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel is pretty good. Nice full but not heavy feel, and nice carbonation.

Overall, a so so IPA. I've had Wildcard's DIPA and I thought it was quite a bit better than this one. A decent offering, but not one of the best. Could use some tweaking.

The last pint I had. Not a bad IPA, but not good either.

Appearance: hazy. Somewhat reddish, orange. Good carbonation and some sticky lacing.

Smell: not a lot of hop aroma for an IPA. A neutral blend of hops and caramel malts. Very floral and a touch of citrus.

Taste: taste followed nose. Somewhat bitter, with slight hop flavor along with caramel malts. Again, very equal with malt and hops. This was the dissapointing part.

Mouthfeel: medium bodied. Slight hop bitterness that you feel in your jaw.

Overall: An average IPA.
