A: Medium brown in color, similar to a dark black tea. Nice white head on top that quickly falls into an even layer on top.

S: Bread and biscuit with a touch of molasses and a little bit of an herbal quality. Perhaps a very light coffee taste.

T: Slight caramel flavor with bread and and a little herbal taste in the finish.

M: Medium light in body, high carbonation, very slight tannic feel in the finish.

O: Decent beer, it was made to be the beer for the local baseball team and I can see the appeal in that. Easy drinking, and fairly low abv would make this a good brew to drink all day at the ball park. However the same qualities that make it appealing as a ballpark beer also make it slightly boring. Still, knocking back a few on a summer day would be just fine.

Murky light golden-brown with a couple fingers of head and minimal lacing. Aroma is of malt sweetness. Taste is ok with touches of malt, brown sugar and some nice hop bitterness. Finish is relatively clean, leaving a small amount of yeasty malt, sugary flavor

Pours crystal clear with a 3 finger light tan head that leaves decent lacing as it recedes.

Smell of lemon-lime with sweet syrupy malt.

Rather sweet with light citrus early on, but after 5 or 6 sips it became metallic. With time, this dissipates, and the taste becomes dry and moderately bitter with faint citrus.

Medium bodied. Light carbonation, moderate syrup. Drying.

I think this beer is pretty decent for a ball park beer. It's been awhile since I've been to a game, but I'd definitely drink this before the macros.

Poured from a can into a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, vibrant, amber-copper coloring, with a steady flow of carbonation throughout the body, and a low profile, fluffy, white head. Aromas of tangy sweet caramel, roasted nutty sweetness, candi sugar, and hints of vanilla. Flavors are roasted and sweet forward, heavy on the toffee and caramel, with hints of brown sugar to follow. From there, the palate gets a bit watery, and pretty fast. The body starts out strong and effervesced, but slips away extremely quick, leaving a watered down aftertaste of sugary sweet and roasted notes. Light, limp finish, with a caramel linger. This started good, but got really light at the end. In all honesty, with the manageable ABV and light feel, it's perfect for a day at the ballpark.

The beer of my local AA baseball team and its about as good as them. I just flat don't like this beer from the smell to the harsh initial taste and after taste it is just not appealing...much better beers available from COTU
