I've had many of the offerings from here. Most of them only differ slightly. I liked it but I liked it even more when mixed 50/50 with the more subdued Grove Stand.

A couple day old growler.....

A - Hazy orange pour with a decent lace retention

S - Some muted tangerines and a touch of cut grass. Overall lacking

T - Spicy tangerines with what feels like a belgian yeast, the lightest of pine and orange creamsicle finish

M - Low carb I feel is holding this a bit back. Medium feel and light hop presence

O - Something is missing here. This flirts with the belgian IPA category. I wish I got more pineapple like the description says but that piece is lacking. ABV is easily drinkable. The orange citrus finish helps but just some minor tweaking like a lack of spice and more hops and it will elevate.

On-tap 11/6/2016 at Flynn’s in Mansfield, MA, served in a tulip glass.

A: The beer is a deep gold color, with a short off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains fruity citrus, earthy hops and caramelized malts.

T: The taste starts out very sweet with strong flavors of fruity citrus and caramel. Then a decent earthy hops bitterness comes in. The malt character is hearty and provides a good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet.

M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.

O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, good kick, good representation of style, this is a solid 2IPA but there are better options available in the style.

64oz Growler from Beer'd, their biggest beer to date. Pours a crystal clear golden color with a half inch of head. Moderate amount of lacing. Very fruity aroma. Pineapple, orange, tangerine, and some sweet grapefruit. The taste is very dry. Juicy pineapple and tangerines with some bitter orange peel as well. Maybe some floral notes at the end along with more of the bitter citrus peel. Very little alcohol presence for a beer with an abv North of 9. Very drinkable. Mouthfeel is very dry. Beer'd really knows their way around IPAs/DIPAs and this is no exception. Overall, another hit.

Tap at Flynn's Mansfield
Big creamy fluffy rich 1 finger head that fades slowly, good lacing, hazy honey yellow color

Nose little sweet malt, fruity citrus hops, tangerine, hint candied pineapple,

Taste sweet candy, candied pineapple, little tangerine generic mild citrus, juicy citrus orange peel, some warming booze, almost syrupy malt. Finish booze tingle, little candied citrus hop lingering

Mouth is med bod fair booze warmth good carb

Overall not bad, nothing special, wish pineapple was stronger, as well as tangerine, and less booze.
