Good Northeast bar. Its nice to find a microbrewery that isn't all about IPA's. Choices of Pints or 10 oz tulip glasses is great. I just wish they had a TV screen mounted.

Nice old brick building in a quaint little retail area, in a relaxed neighborhood. A really nice small interior, that was full. The patio out back is in a homey little alley, filled with tables and is shared with a restaurant across the alley. There was a food truck style caterer, set up inside, near the bar that had Mexican food, made with homemade blue corn tortillas. There was also a machine that had two flavors of alcoholic sorbet. There was always a drink order line, at least 5 deep. Only tried one brew, but it was a Belgian style golden strong ale, and it was quite tasty. I would only recommend staying away if you don't like to rub a few elbows.

Visited on a recent work trip to Minneapolis and Saint Paul.
Tried the following:
Dangerous Man Peanut Butter Porter (draft)
Dangerous Man House IPA (draft)
The Peanut Butter was one of the best flavoured porters I’ve ever had while the House IPA was below average (can’t win 'em all). Bustling atmosphere in the taproom and I had a good convo with some patrons at the bar. Service was fast and competent as beers arrived quickly and the bartender let me sample before ordering. My overall experience was satisfying, and I would most likely come back.

Fairly small inside considering how large the building is from the outside. Lots of wood on the inside. I really enjoyed all of the beer that I tried. Their dark beers are so good.

Northeast Minneapolis neighborhood vibe and solid beers. Known for the peanut butter porter. Can get super crowded on weekends. Starts to fill up on weekdays around 5 with the after work crowd. They have a board game nook.
My only complaints:
Kids are ok
Dogs are not ok
Lacking outdoor seating.

Best brewery in Minneapolis, small and can get cramped at times but it is turning out some of the most creative beers in the city. The sours and milkshake IPAs have been killing it lately!

Excellent NE Minneapolis brewery with a fairly small yet inviting taproom. It is often packed and is about a 50% chance in finding seating. They lack a patio and televisions, but they do have a very nice bottle room next door where growlers, crowlers, special bottles and merch are available. Their beer is unavailable anywhere else which makes them extremely special to NE Minneapolis. For those who enjoy stouts and porters, DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE. These are their specialty, but their other beers are also excellent. Their kettle sours are tasty and frequently changing. Although I love IPAs, I do not order theirs often because their other beers are so delicious, but I do see it ordered and purchased quite frequently. If you are in town for one day, go here.

They don't have a ton of beers on tap, and the space is fairly small. But the vibe is a lot of fun, and they have games to play. Apparently the space was an old bank before it was the taproom, so there is not a ton of places to sit either, but it gives it a cool vintagy ambience. Although they don't serve food, you are allowed to bring in whatever you want, which is kind of awesome, because it could save you a lot of money. Just gotta pay for the beer, which is really good. Or so I've heard. I only tried one. Oh also, their pints are HUGE and only $5. So I'd definitely go back for drinks with friends.

My wife and I came on a Saturday afternoon and while the place was full we were able to get two seats at the bar. Bartenders offered and were happy to provide samples, beer selection was varied with non-beer options as well, and most of the beer was very good (unfortunately with two exceptions).

Pretty good vibe, but the taproom is fairly small and was pretty packed. Service was still pretty quick though and I had the PB porter, which was great. Would return for this alone. Nice environment to sit down with your crew and have a pint.
