Pours a clear deep reddish with a thin off white head. Aromas of raspberries but also cherry and strawberry, with a hint of vinegar. Taste is a huge raspberry and strawberry flavor, followed by a hint of malt, then a funky sour and tart finish. The finish is quite dry abd clean as well. Mouth feel is good. Overall a great sour ale.

A very berry fruity beer. This is a new release from the fine brewery of Prairie Artisan Ales. It has strong hints of rasberry and tastes of the same. It is a sour ale, but not so sour that will make you pucker up. It is dark pink in appearance and has a light pink head.

From notes. On tap at Mcnellies OKC for Prairie Night a few weeks back. Just realized what this beer actually was, as the waitress kept calling it "Raspberry Funk".

Bright red in color. Served in a 10 oz. tulip.

Smells of taffy, various dark berries, ripened fruits and sugar.

The raspberry comes out obvious when tasted, followed by tart and vinegary notes. Some grain is extant.

Medium bodied with the sourness diving away quickly before revealing a slight alcohol heat.

I find it pretty damned refined and drinkable for a sour/wild ale neophyte such as myself.

On tap. Poured into a tulip.

A- very dark blush color. Bright white thin head. Looks great.

S- tart and sour smell with raspberry and strawberry fruit mingling and tickling my nose. Smells wonderful.

T- I guess appearances and smells can be deceiving. Very light fruit. A little bit of vinegar. Where's the taste? It appears to be missing.

M- very thin bodied with no carbonation

O- probably one of the worst offerings from Prairie. This beer started great and ended poorly. I've had better flavored vitamin water than this beer.
