Green yellow color. Negligible head. Strong pineapple scent. Flavor is very muted. No proper fruit flavor. Tastes of citric acid and artificial wild berry flavor. Mouthfeel also suggests a mix of Whiteclaw and a strong unhopped ale.

Hits the mark for a nice puckering, fruity sour ale. The sherbet flavors shine nicely, bonus for tall boy cans at a very reasonable price in San Antonio . Recommended!

What even is rainbow sherbert? Orange, lime, raspberry? Maybe vanilla? If so, this definitely hits the spot for the fruit flavors, but not so much in terms of vanilla, but it's a moot point because I'm pretty sure there is none. I was expecting less from this one, but they basically nailed is as close as you can get. I don't like the bitter bite on the end of each sip, though I'm not sure if that was accentuated because my beer is a bit older. Either way, the flavor profile is well done and different from typical sours. It's exactly like a ranbow sherbet but I'm not sure if there is a vanilla or marshmallow component to act as the dairy in the actual sherbet. Either way, it's well executed overall, somewhat sweet but not really, somewhat tart but not really. It actually almost taste likes some sort of citric soda as the lime and orange are heavy. The bitterness in the end almost taste like orange peel oil or something rather than any alcohol but who knows. Either way I would drink this one again.

Also, bonus points for the gorgeous can art.

12oz can, tulip, canned 9/15/23.

Light gold with a quick fizzing white head.

It smells like sports drink powder or sour gummy worms.

Mostly like sour gummy candy or sweet tarts. Relatively light sourness. I suppose it’s reminiscent of rainbow sherbet, but combined with the sourness it comes across more as sour candy.

Light body with light plus carbonation.

Interesting idea for a sour, but they always are. Very curious how this has an Outstanding rating.

I will say, I am NOT a beer drinker usually. I have never really found my beer of choice. But, after trying this beer I had to make an account to rate it. I used to be weary of sours and the like and thought I wouldn’t like them. After trying this, I plan to try more! It’s perfectly sour and tart like an orange or grapefruit, with the sweetness to boot. You get every flavor you expect out of this and then some. Delicious.

12oz can into a pils glass.

Pours murky dull gold with a head that fades completely.

Very faint aroma of lime and pineapple

Sour, tart, fruity and a bit of salt to balance it out

Aggressive carbo bite, but light and puckering otherwise
