Brew: Prairie Artisan Ales - Prairie Dawgz: D'BO Stout
Intro: 12 oz. poured into a tulip glass. Shared with a friend.
Appearance: Pitch black, Minimal head maybe .25 inches. Minimal lacing as I drank
Smell: Heavy rum barrel. Maybe some chocolate in the background.
Taste: Followed the smell. A weird taste that lingers, apparently the rum barrel. NOT appealing
Mouthfeel: Thin mouthfeel, Low carbonation.
Drink: I got most of it down.
Conclusion: I was somewhat disappointed. This was the first Prairie stout that I can remember not enjoying and I’ve had close to 40-50 different ones.

This one pours a fairly dark black color, with no real head or lacing.
This smells like tangy rum and chocolate and not much else.
This is honestly very bad. Prairie is typically a very tasty brewery, but this feels like it will become full-blown infected very soon. I get basically no Oreo character, just tepid chocolate and a weird tangy spiciness from the run. It just has the feel of a beer about the fall off the edge of the cliff.
This is pretty thin, with no booziness, and no real drinkability to it, either.
This is one of the worst Prairie Dawgs that I've ever had.
