Pours a hazy yellow color, with a one-finger large head. Decent head retention.

Smells of honey, wheat, and some surprising hefeweize yeast. Also grape and honey. It's quite cool.

This taste's like a fairly generic American wheat ale, although admittedly one of the best I've had. Like the smell, this is dominated by wheat and honey sweetness. Hefeweize/Belgian yeast are present. Mouthfeel is generally light, with a quite dry body. Overall, a very satisfying beer.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a Duvel tulip glass.

Appearance: Pours a hazy golden orange with a moderate amount of bubbles. About a finger of white head that settles into a thin patchy layer.

Smell: A zesty and spicy Farmhouse style aroma with a scent of Belgian yeast, spices, and citrus fruit. Belgian yeast with some farmhouse funk and spice hints of clove and pepper. Citrus hop scent of lemon zest, lime, and orange. Also some Belgian style fruit hints of white grape, banana, and pear. Hints of candied sugar. Malt hints of grains, straw, and cracker. A really solid aroma.

Taste: Like it smells, a zesty and spicy Farmhouse style taste with notes of yeast, spices, and citrus fruit. Belgian yeast with notes of clove, pepper, and farmhouse funk. Zesty citrus hop notes of lemon, lime, and orange. Notes of white grape juice along with some banana, pear, and green apple. Some candied sugar sweetness. Malt notes of straw, grains, and cracker.A really nice zesty taste.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a medium to high level of carbonation. Juicy, spicy, and drying.

Overall:A really good hoppy take on a Saison. Nice blend of citrus hop tones with the Belgian yeast notes.
