750ml bottle into snifter.

A: Pours a cloudy, chalky, lemon color with a thick, dense, fluffy bright white head that faded into a thick fuzzy film.
S: Huge notes of Brett and citrus hops dominate the nose. I get scents of earth, straw, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, lemon, peppery yeast and herbal hops as well.
T: Follows the nose with flavors of Belgian style yeast, Brett, tangerine, mineral, and bitter citrus pith. Brett and strong cheese comes through strongly in the finish, and the aftertaste is full of chalky minerally yeast, bitter funk, and lemon rind.
M: Extremely soft and fluffy carbonation, medium full body, drying and bitter mouthfeel.
O: Flavorful, complex and delicious. Well integrated and executed. Definitely potent, cheesey and yeasty.

I didn't know anything good came out of Oklahoma, then I tried this beer at When Pigs Fly. What a nice beer!

In a snifter the beer was a cloudy dark yellow color with a large bright white head. There was a small amount of lace.

Earthy aroma, some spice and citrus.

A wow! for the taste. Earthy hops. Coriander. Grapefruit and orange peel. Tropical fruit/melon.

Tart, refreshing. I could drink a lot of these.

NYE bottle share at Proof courtesy of Rachel. Pours an opaque creamy yellow. Tons of white frothy head. Head holds really well and by the time I finished the sample, the head was still holding. Aroma is straight floral hops and grass. Such a great, but unique smell. Taste is floral hops with a good amount of banana behind it. Nice high carbonation and medium-thick body.

Straw yellow and extremely hazy with no penetration to light. There's a half inch of eggshell white tightly packed foam. Brussels lacing. Nice citrus hop and acidic Belgian yeast aroma. The taste is tart Brett in the front of the palate and then the citrus hops make their presence known. The mouth is moderately carbonated, dry, and crisp.
