A: Fantastic name and bottle art. Head on the pour isn't as crazy as some saisons. Very bright golden glow. Nice lacing.
S: Big nose. Grassy, peppery.
T: Dry, familiar Prairie taste. Really refreshing for a 7.5% beer. Feel like I could session this. Good thing comes in four packs.
F: Full of flavor and booze well hidden.
O: More fire from Prairie. A joy working through their portfolio.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a Duvel tulip glass.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy yellowish orange. Moderate amount of bubbles and solid finger of white head that settles into a thin creamy layer.

Smell: A spicy and fruity Belgian farmhouse aroma with a scent of spices, funk, and citrus fruit. Belgian yeast with some farmhouse funk and spice hints of peppers, clove, and coriander. Funky scent of brett. White wine like scent of white grapes. Big fruit mix with some lemon zest, orange, apricot, green apple, pear, pineapple, and banana. Floral and earthy hops with a scent of grass and pine. Malt hints of wheat, straw, grains, and cracker. A very nice zesty aroma.

Taste: Like it smells, a spicy and juicy Belgian farmhouse style taste with notes of spices, funk, and citrus. Belgian yeast with farmhouse funk and spice notes of clove, pepper, and coriander. Good notes of brett funk. Some white wine notes of white grape and a little oak. Zesty fruit notes of lemon, orange, pineapple, apricot, green apple, banana, and pear. Good earthy hop notes of grass and slight pine. Malt notes of wheat, grains, straw, and cracker. A pretty good taste.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Crisp, juicy, and very drying.

Overall: A very good take on a Saison. Good mix of spice, funk, and fruit notes.
