The colour is gold, the liquid almost clear. The finger thick white dead disappears quickly without any lacing.

The smell is earthy with some yeast and distinct tart-fruity notes of rhubarb and a hint of cinnamon.

The taste is dry and fresh with growing rhubarb flavours, a hint of cinnamon and earthy-yeasty flavours. Passing sweetness. Light to medium body. The aftertaste is semi-sweet with even more fresh rhubarb, some lime juice and a touch of fruit candy. The finish is somewhat tart with a lingering rhubarb flavour.

The carbonation is medium strong, the many long-lived bubbles small. The liquid is semi-smooth and a bit sticky.

Quite a sour farmhouse ale with fine rhubarb notes.
