On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV was said to be 4.7%. Red to purple colour, large pink head. Fruity aroma of blackcurrants, lemon and rhubarb, also lactic acid. Medium sour flavour, blackcurrants and sour fruits, astringent finish.

This berliner weisse is very rich in fruits with a lot of red and black berries notes. The lactic acidity is strong but enjoyable.
Moderate carbonation

A 330ml bottle, bottled in August 2017, with a best before date of 30th August 2022. Poured into a Holy Mountain tulip glass.

Appearance: A hazy bright neon red purple colour with a one finger pink head that dissipated quickly and left no lacing.

Aroma: Lightly tart, blackcurrant and passion fruit with maybe a touch of blueberries.

Taste: Tart and sour blackcurrant and mixed berries with hints of passion fruit in the middle.

Mouthfeel: Crisp, light bodied with moderate to high carbonation.

Overall: Enjoyable, tasty and easy to drink. Very refreshing.

Hazy purple color with a bit of pinkish foam. Aroma has nice yeast funk, some cellar notes and fermented red grapes and other fruits. Taste is tart and juicy with fermented fruit wine notes, light sweetness in the background, really well balanced overall. Medium body with crisp carbonation. Overall it's a really nice fruity and juicy sour.
