Draught @ Papago Brewery
This is as I understand it for now a very limited edition brewed especially for Papago Brewing and Ron Kloth one of the owners, and it has a great addition of Gloria Jeans Irish coffee, and their Tatonka Stout, with the addition of more than normal bittering hops its a stout and IPA lovers brew.
The beer as it strains to get from the tap to the mug pours a piceous color with the head gargantuan in size and as creamy as they come, and the color a pulchritudinous chocolate, and as it slowly dissolves the lace forms a thick-bodied blanket to obscure the glass. Ah that smell, bitter-sweet chocolate, rich and deep toasted grains, hints of chocolate whipped cream icing, and OH YEAH BABY, Irish Coffee, what a treat for both the olfactory and ocular senses. Start is rich in toasted grains, bitter-sweet coffee and the top thick and chewy, also its very rich like those chocolate covered coffee beans. Finish is husky in its acidity, the hops stiff-necked in their spiciness with the aftertaste bitter-sweet and desert bone dry. The 8.4 percent ABV does give a slight tummy warming, a stout that IPA and coffee lovers will appreciate, and a special brew tis true.
