Light lemon yellow color with small white cap.
I get a zesty, citrus like aroma that leans more toward lemon-lime with a spice influence which may be coriander.
Taste on entry is mildly floral with most of that in the back of my palate. This is a refreshing light ale with the barest hint of tartness that's mildly spicy and very easy drinking. Would I grab this one over Blue Moon? Not really, it's just not enough difference to distinguish this one over others of this ilk.
Light medium texture with balancing carbonation.
Overall it's a good effort without noticeable flaws.

This was touted as an authentic Belgian White, I'm not much of a fan if this is truly the case...
Out of the bottle it had a nice amber hue, but the head had little staying power, there was no lacing to mention, and to boot - there was "stuff" floating in the beer. I guess I'll find out tomorrow (or later tonight) if I regret downing the whole beer. Anyway, the Belgian white smelled like a run-of-the-mill beer, was way more carbonated for my taste, but as far as the taste was concern - it was surprisingly pretty good. Overall, I rated it decently just on that alone. Otherwise, I don't think I'll be partaking of these anymore.

Bottled January 22nd 2016.
Pours a light gold, slightly hazy with plenty of foam. Long lasting foam and good lacing.
Cloves coriander yeast in the smell.
Taste of the spices I mentioned. Hints of orange zest coming through and everything works well together. Fresher bottles would have been nice.
Creamy smooth mouthfeel.
Second pour and things get appropriately cloudy.
A very impressive beer.

Yellow in color. Somewhat hazy in appearance. Banana, clove and coriander. Light, crisp and refreshing. Good carb. Easy drinking. Pretty good, but nowhere near Allagash White.

I'm going to assume this a related recipe to the Belgian savior of the style who opened the original American Celis brewery in Austin and then Michigan Brewing was steward and now to Connecticut's Two Roads.
The Austin recipe, Michael Jackson gave a 4 of 4, a rarity for him.
I found this flavorful for under 5% and maybe that is what impressed MJ, too.
